Vision
Euroa Secondary College aspires to be “a united community where everybody has responsibility in preparing youth for their future”.

This vision is more than just a statement—it is the foundation that guides everything we do. Core Values

Our core values are the principles we live by every day. They shape our behaviour, our relationships, and our expectations of one another.

• Challenge: Striving to do the very best individually and collectively. We set high expectations and support each other to achieve them, knowing that growth comes from effort and perseverance.

• Empowerment: Developing the knowledge and skills to make responsible and sound decisions as an individual or as a team member and having the discipline and courage to take the necessary action. We encourage students to be active participants in their learning and to take ownership of their choices.

• Resilience: Persisting with the task, re-evaluating strategies and making progress. We support our students to face challenges with determination, to bounce back from setbacks, and to develop the confidence to keep moving forward.
