Student Leadership

At Euroa Secondary College, student leadership is highly valued and seen as an important part of personal development and school culture. Our student leaders, including School Captains, House Captains, and members of the Student Representative Council (SRC), play an active role in shaping the school community. They lead by example, represent student voice, and help organise events that build school spirit and connection. Leadership opportunities at Euroa Secondary College are open to all year levels, allowing students to build confidence, communication skills, and a sense of responsibility. Whether it's running assemblies, contributing to decision-making, or supporting younger students, leadership at ESC is about empowerment, teamwork, and making a positive difference.

Euroa Secondary College has three house teams, each named in honour of early pioneers from the Strathbogie district. These houses foster a strong sense of school spirit and friendly competition. House captains play a key role in leading and motivating their teams during major sporting events, including the annual swimming, athletics, and cross-country carnivals.
