To enrol at Euroa Secondary College parents should contact the Principal at the college. Enrolment packages can be obtained from the College office. If you wish to have an Enrolment package mailed to you please give the lovely office staff a call. Our Contact details are found in “Contact Us”

Bus Application

Bus Application Travel form – for students who live more than 4.8 klm from their nearest school – to travel on the school bus.

 

Lunch Pass Application

*OPTIONAL* This application is required for students who wish to go to their home for lunch.

 

Canteen Volunteer Form

*OPTIONAL* If Parents/Guardians would like to volunteer to help in the canteen, you can specify your available hours on this form and deliver it to the office. All help would be very much appreciated.
