	To improve student learning outcomes for years 7-10, with an emphasis on Years 9 and 10, focussing on literacy and numeracy.
	To improve the pathways and transitions for all Year 9-12 students.

	Enhance teaching practice in Years 7-10, initially for English and mathematics.
	Improve assessment practices and reporting.
