ESC Leadership

The region yesterday (2/8/16) confirmed that I will be the Acting Principal for the remainder of 2016.  I am pleased that we have stability for College for the remainder of the year and I will do my very best to ensure that the outcomes for our College and, most importantly, our students are as good as can provided by the community that we are.

Secondly, I want to congratulate Michelle Bootes again on her appointment to the Acting Principal’s role at the Euroa Primary School for the remainder of the year.  I know she will do a great job and as a parent of a student of the Primary School that fills me with great confidence, a confidence that all parents should feel as she steps into the role because of the efforts and results that she has achieved in various roles at our College, including the last six months as Assistant Principal.

The position of Assistant Principal that Michelle leaves will be taken on in an acting capacity by Kim Saxon.  Kim has been a leading teacher in the past at Euroa Secondary College and has proven to be a quality leader in various roles within our College and in the wider community. I know that Kim will take on the challenges that will face her in her new role and handle them with professionalism and guide us through the remainder of the year in a positive and community minded fashion.

I have enjoyed working closely with Michelle to date in 2016 and look forward to working in a similar manner with Kim for the remainder of the year.
